NEW Valley Credit Union has provided
Overdraft Protection (Courtesy Pay) to
members to cover checking account transactions, including check-writing, Debit Card transactions, and ATM
transactions. New regulations require you to choose whether or not you wish to continue this
Overdraft Protection coverage. Effective August 15, 2010, Valley Credit Union will be unable to authorize checking transactions
that may cause your account to become overdrawn without your written consent.
To notify Valley Credit Union of your choice to either continue or discontinue
Overdraft Protection coverage, complete this
form and mail, fax or drop it off at a Member Center near you.
