This program is not available for mobile homes, vacant lots, or commercial properties. Other restrictions on property may apply. Property insurance required. Flood insurance may be required.

Borrow up to 70% of your home's appraised value for approved borrowers, less the balance of the first deed up to $250,000. Non-refundable documentation fee up to $250.00. LTV is calculated by dividing the loan amount by the appraised value or purchase value, whichever is less . Initial advance requirement is $10,000. A prepayment fee of $400 may apply if closed within the first year. A $40 annual fee applies beginning on the 1st anniversary of the loan if an average annual balance of $10,000 or more is not maintained. The annual percentage rate (APR) may increase after your loan is funded due to adjustment. The Maximum APR to be imposed is 15.000%.
