Valley Credit Union ATMs
There is no fee for using your Valley VISA Check Card (debit card)
or Valley ATM Card at any of our 11 Valley Credit Union ATM locations.
Non-Valley Credit Union ATMs
There is a $1.00 transaction fee when using a non-VCU ATM
Exceptions -
The first five per month are FREE if you have the Valley FREE or Valley Plus Checking Account.
All non-VCU ATM withdrawals are at no charge if you have:
- A VCU home loan, or
- A combined share balance of $10,000
or more
Surcharges (fee assessed by the ATM owner) -
ATM transactions at other financial institutions are subject to
that institution's surcharge.
Good news! All CO-OP Network ATMs are surcharge-free, meaning you won't be charged by a non-VCU ATM if it has the CO-OP Network logo on it.
Plus, almost ALL credit unions are part of the CO-OP Network. That means you can withdrawal cash from your checking account surcharge-free at almost any credit union!
Point-of-Sale locations (POS)
These are usually located at merchants
who accept ATM cards for payment. If you have a Valley FREE,
Valley Plus, or Valley Advantage Checking Account, your Valley
Check Card and ATM card also give you access to all Point of Sale
terminals with the Explore and Maestro symbols.
Point of Sale transactions are just $.25 each. This fee is waived if you have:
- Direct deposit or payroll deduction
of $1,500 or more per month
- Valley FREE Checking account
- A combined share balance of $2,500 or more
- A VCU home loan
